Always follow chemical manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines. We are not responsible for any damage to pool equipment, surfaces, or health effects from following our recommendations. Use chemicals at your own risk.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide a valid email address. You may not use the service for any illegal purpose.
Pro upgrades are one-time lifetime purchases. "Lifetime" means for as long as Pool Clarity operates. All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for details.
Pool Clarity is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to damage to pool equipment, surfaces, or any health-related issues.
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
